QUDICE promoted at European Researcher’s Night -online poster session

On September 27th, the Researcher’s Night 2024 event is happening. From September 25th to October 1st, Catalunya will host a variety of activities where researchers from over 50 scientific organizations will offer talks, workshops, experiments, and other free experiences for all ages.

In collaboration with the consortium and under the banner of La Noche de la Investigación, “la Caixa” Foundation and EsCiencia Eventos Científicos are organizing a range of activities at Barcelona’s CosmoCaixa, as well as at the CaixaForum in Tarragona and Lleida, and one of these activities is hosting a platform where European projects may present their initiatives in the format of an online poster.

We have presented a poster on QUDICE for the general public to give visibility to the project and technology that is being developed. The poster that QUDICE has prepared for this event (see below) gives a very general overview of what the project is about:

Qudice will be present at the IAC in October of 2024

With the motto “Responsible Space for Sustainability”, IAC 2024 is set to be the largest event, featuring more than 150 international exhibitors and a record number of 4,000 speakers from 96 countries.

With a five day agenda full of diverse topics, from October 14-18 2024, Milan will host the biggest space conference worldwide. The IAC 2024 Programme will consist of Plenaries, Highlights Lectures, Technical Sessions, Special Sessions, Interactive Presentations, IAF GNF Sessions, Networking Events and many associated events during the week.

The most important topics in the space sector will be discussed: from sustainable exploration of the Moon and Mars, Earth observation in the era of climate change, the use of big data, AI, and robotics in space, to aspects of safety and sustainability of orbits.

As part of its plan, Qudice coordinator Pino Vallone will assist to give a presentation on the status and progress of the initiatives and the outcomes it has obtained so far.

QUDICE present at MWC 2024

The European Quantum Zone made a significant impact at the Mobile World Congress 2024, captivating attendees with our ground-breaking showcase of European quantum technology.

Located at Hall 6, with a prominent stand of 100m2, the Quantum Flagship’s display was a hub of activity, drawing attendees eager to explore the forefront of technological innovation.

Among many of the entities showcasing their technology to the telecom mobile ecosystem, QUDICE was present at the MWC2024 with promotional material at the central booth of the European Flagship, showcasing the importance of quantum communications in space for the future development of the quantum communications infrastructure.
